What it is not

• Not a commitment to a larger engagement. If the audit recommends further work, that is a separate proposal with a separate scope and a separate price.

How it works

   Intake We agree on which workflow is in scope, who the key participants are, what documentation exists, and what access is needed. This is a short scoping exchange, not a separate discovery phase.

   Audit We examine the workflow directly: structured interviews, documentation review, and process walkthrough. This typically runs over three to five business days.

   Delivery You receive the written report covering current state, findings, and a recommendation. If further engagement is appropriate, a separate proposal follows. Nothing is assumed or bundled.
